Mr. Emdadi is a registered Patent Attorney and practices all aspects of patent prosecution. He is experienced in diversified technologies, which include: wireless communications devices, RF communication, Tx/Rx, semiconductor fabrication, packet switching, telephony, digital communications, artificial intelligence software, and LCD displays. Mr. Emdadi has also successfully procured patents in the fields of intelligence software and mechanical devices.
Mr. Emdadi previously spent several years as an Examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). While at the USPTO, Mr. Emdadi specialized in multiplex communication devices and wireless communications. Prior to starting his own law practice, Mr. Emdadi worked as a Patent Attorney, drafting and prosecuting patent applications in a variety of fields.
Mr. Emdadi received his Bachelor’s of Electrical Engineering and Master of Science in Telecommunications from George Mason University and his JD from the University of Baltimore. Mr. Emdadi is registered to practice before the USPTO and he is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). He is also an adjunct professor at George Mason University.
